BACHELOR OF BIBLE in Messianic Studies (BB) (Baccalaureate Degree)

Semester Program

A Bachelor of Bible Degree requires a total of 126 credits. At least 36 of them must be earned with MBI Yeshiva.

The Bachelor's Degree is the first line of professional degrees. MBI Yeshiva provides the Bachelor's Degree graduate with religious teaching credentials. This may be useful in the position of teacher or principle of a K-12 religious school. Licensed and ordained ministers will want to make sure they eventually have at least a Bachelor's Degree to authorize their role and status as a teaching minister.

MBI Yeshiva is equiped to provide the training needed to obtain the Bachelor of Bible Degree. We accept any high school graduate into our Bachelor's program, but a student may want to supplement their Yeshiva program with a local community college program, which provides them with basics in the arts, or a trade school program of any type. We will accept transcripts from most other undergraduate schools; up to 90 credits may be applied toward your Bachelor's Degree.

Furthermore, we can provide 3 earned credits for each year of full time ministry. Also, we recognize as earned credit courses, attendance at seminars and conferences, or correspondence studies through ministries, or non-accredited classes, such as adult enrichment classes and church/synagogue training meetings. A letter of verification from the teacher or other authority of the class must be provided. These are called accelerated credits, and are evaluated on an independent basis. A student must pay tuition of $40.00 per credit for all accelerated credits which we add to their transcript. Also, accelerated credits will only be added to the student transcript after all Yeshiva coursework is finished for graduation.
